It typically takes about 10 minutes to get customized jobs for you in most cases. It may take longer in extreme cases but this isn't common.
We get jobs using the information you gave us. We then analyze each job description and give a rating. That rating is our opinion and we advise that you go through the jobs to see those that suit you. We are working towards giving you more of the higher rated jobs.
It mainly depends on the career and location of the jobs you want. Sometimes, it's the information on your profile. For example, changing the "Experience Level" from "Entry level" to "Associate" may result in more job results because it depends on how they've been uploaded in other job boards.
We look for jobs based on cities. If you can only work in one city that's fine. Otherwise, add other cities that you are comfortable working from to increase chances of getting more jobs.
No we are not that mean. If you can't subscribe, we allow you to view the jobs we already got you.

We can't make any guarantees but our CVs use keywords mentioned in the job description to increase the possibility of getting past the ATS stage. We advise you go through each CV before applying to ensure everything is in order.
