CVs, and cover letters for you.
c. Information You Provide for Job Searches
You may provide additional details (e.g., job preferences, desired
industries, or locations) to help us find suitable job
opportunities.
d. Automatically Collected Information
We may collect technical data when you use the Service, such as:
Device Information: Device type, operating
system, and unique device identifiers.
Usage Data: How you interact with the app
(e.g., pages visited, features used).

tailored CVs and cover letters based on the information you
provide or upload.
Account Management: Your name and email are
used to create and manage your Ceysec account.
Service Improvement: We use anonymized usage
data to enhance app performance and features.
Communication: We may send you service-related
emails (e.g., account updates) or, with your consent, job alerts
and tips.
We do not share your personally identifiable information (e.g.,
name, email, phone number) with anyone.
Job search data is used only to query job providers and is not
linked to your identity when shared.
3. How We Share Your Information
No Sharing of PII: We do not sell, trade, or
share your personally identifiable information (e.g., name,
email, phone number, or specific CV details) with third parties,
except as required by law (see Section 7).
Job Search Providers: When searching for jobs,
we send anonymized or job-specific data (e.g., skills,
experience level) to job providers. This data is not tied to
your identity.
Service Providers: We may use third-party
services (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics) to operate
Ceysec. These providers process data on our behalf
under strict confidentiality agreements and do not access your
PII unless necessary for technical support.

servers located in the United States and Germany. Data from your
CV and account is categorized and saved to provide ongoing job
search support.

Retention: We retain your information for as
long as your account is active or as needed to provide the
Service. If you delete your account, we will remove your data

account details or uploaded CV within the app.
Delete: You may delete your account at any time
via the app settings. Upon deletion, we will erase your PII,

8. Children's Privacy
Ceysec is not intended for users under 16. We do not
